We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience
- Performing requirements analysis
- Responsible for end to product development from inception, user story progression, walkthroughs with the development team.
- Provides business expertise in gathering functional and non-functional requirements using various elicitation and facilitation techniques by working with Product Managers/Product Owners & Technical team members.
- Coordination with the Development team to build the application as per the signed off-spec
- Coordination with the UI team to develop the User Interface screen
- Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stake holders
- Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing/lessons learned sessions with the development teams to spread the requirement
- Problem Solving attitude
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently
Deal Breakers:
- Should be able to join within 2 weeks
- Should have clarity on being a consultant Vs being an employee
- Should be willing to undergo a 3 stage evaluation process including doing simple assignments
- Should be willing to have 2-4 weeks trial period
- Should be willing to contribute and trained in other area of business
