Business Development Manager – UK & Europe Recruitment

Business Development Manager will be responsible for getting New Leads/End Clients/Tier I clients. We expect this person to be a champion in Sales & Business Development related to Staff Augmentation in the UK & Europe market with a good knowledge of establishing partnerships with companies who are in a similar field for a services partnership.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for adding net new business and meeting set targets on the revenue line and new customer acquisition.
  • Should have a deep understanding of the UK & Europe IT Staffing business processes and experience working with various Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementing Partner.
  • Researching and building relationships with new clients.
  • Generated leads with major corporations, Tier I vendors & resources in place to create a large client base to work with and grow the business.


  • The ideal candidate must be from the Recruitment / Staffing or Consulting industry, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Staffing Sales Management / Client services in Consulting or UK & Europe IT Staffing industry.
  • Must have good experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in UK & Europe IT Staffing.
  • Must be able to implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients for Prize Infotech.
  • Must have Client facing capabilities and be able to directly interact with Clients for gathering new requirements, follow up on Submittals, interviews, and placements.
  • Must have good communicator (written & oral), team building, Leadership, presentation skills.
  • Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
