Job Summary
We are looking for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our current and potential customers. The successful candidate should be accept ownership for customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interacting with clients and customers over the telephone.
  • Logging client requests and incidents.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Male/Female with good communication skills. Any graduation. Need to be very fluent in English.
  • Have to work a minimum of 4 hrs i.e morning 4:00 am- 8:00 am (or) 5:00am – 9:00am
  • Have to work for 6 days a week, providing stipend of Rs.4000 – Rs.8000 – per month based on qualification.
  • After 6 months, depending upon your performance you may be converted into full time employee.
  • Should have your own computer / laptop with broadband internet connection.
  • Should have a quiet place to work from at home, to ensure no disturbance while taking customer calls.
