The Client Support Representative must have a proven ability to multitask, collaborate, and communicate with clients effectively. Answer and resolve requests received via email, social media chat, phone calls in a professional, polite and articulate manner.
Solving clients problems, queries to retain the assigned accounts.
Responding to inquiries from end customers.
Provide required reports and information to clients.
Coordinate with Sales and business development teams
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
Log all communications and essential information into an internal database on a daily basis.
Who can apply:
Must have excellent communication skills in English
Must have experience with MS Office Presentation, Word and Excel
Can-do attitude with a service-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Runner or Running/ cycling event organizer.
People with experience with event management industry.
