- On-boarding Brands / Startups: Develop plans to acquire new customers (Brands), through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
4.Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Acquiring corporate clients (brands), Influencers for the platform AND find ways to maximize value from those connections
- Meet with customers (Influencers / Brands) to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
