CRM Data Entry work from home job/internship

Day to day responsibilities include:
1. Update the customer CRM based on the data provided
2. Maintain client records and updating information in a CRM database
3. Shift through a spreadsheet of names, align the company names, and then update the email addresses
4. Assist with other administrative and client-based tasks as required
5. Ensure client satisfaction and providing professional client support

Note: There will be 3 main portions of the data to be updated in Connectwise, customer license keys and yearly update renewals, setup the GL accounts and work towards integration to Sage 50.

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Required advanced knowledge of Connectwise

2. 1+ years of experience working in a similar profile

3. Completion of post-secondary education

4. Superior English language skills, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and spelling

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

6. Fast and accurate data entry skills

7. Detail-oriented, organized, and effective time management skills
