Role: Culture & Engagement Lead

The key to a successful organization is to have a culture based on a set of strongly held and widely shared values & beliefs that reflect what that organization stands for. We are looking for a Culture Lead who can instill the set of values & beliefs, communicate and reinforce them through various engagements with the team, ultimately shaping employee perception & behavior of the organization & the brand – AthenasOwl

The culture lead should have a “can-do” attitude to assist our organization to enhance our
brand-to-employee experience. The culture lead will be responsible to incorporate our organizations values into every aspect of on-boarding, talent development, employer branding and team engagements.

The culture lead will serve as the gatekeeper of the organization culture, connect with
everyone as a representative of the leadership team & take actions to evolve it or stop its
Planning & conducting team building events for employees, ensuring active participation &
fun. Preparing event budgets & ensuring adherence.
Analysis of post-event data to create status reports on event effectiveness. Developing event
feedback surveys & adapting accordingly.
As a company grows, organizations often need to restructure teams, budgets &
responsibilities. The culture lead should understand how a company’s structure influences its
culture, & manage culture shifts during growth or transitions.
Perception of prospective applicants is critical in attracting the talent with the right fitment.
Actively shape the external communication for our recruitment strategy & build a strong
employer brand.
Ensuring the right kind of informal engagements ultimately drives an aligned, thriving and
purpose-driven culture. The culture lead should be able to foster employee engagement
remotely through work from home setup.
Enable two-way communications, feedback channels & develop a sustaining reward &
recognition system to create a conducive environment for overall productivity.

The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent leadership & communication skills with ability to engage, influence & inspire people
Ability to blend into a young dynamic environment & foster healthy relations
Strong marketing intuition with a high emotional intelligence & empathy, Proactive, self-starter with ability to come up with innovative ideas

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Degree in HR management, MBA is a plus
Relevant experience in marketing & building teams from scratch
Relevant work experience in a startup environment
