Executive Assistant

JOB PROFILE (Online Business Manager/Virtual Assistant)

-The role is remote & full-time (not a freelancing assignment)

-You will be working with US-based founders & CXOs as their right-hand man

-Work responsibilities will include marketing, admin & operation tasks

-Wishup will provide up to 4 weeks of training in all the latest industry tools and practices

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES (either one or all of the following)

-Social media management

-CRM & lead management

-Project management

-Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting

-Online research

-Lead generation

-Executive assistance (Itinerary planning, Calendar management, Inbox management, etc.)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

-Impeccable written & spoken English

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-time employment

-Proven record of excelling in at least one area

JOB PREREQUISITES (To be verified during the interview process)

-High-speed internet connection

-Laptop with integrated camera & a pair of headphones

-Quiet workspace

WORK SHIFT (either of the following may be allocated)

Mon-Fri, 6:30 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. IST

Mon-Fri, 9:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. IST
