What You Will Be Doing?
- Generating business through your own contacts or lead generation methodology.
- Source best talent using our tools and systems to find best talent in competitive market.
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Reviewing and understanding technical job requirements across industries
- Screening candidates, conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
- Negotiating fee agreements and salaries
- Running a full life cycle recruiting desk from start to finish
- Matching great people with great companies
What it takes to be successful?
- Experience in recruiting, staffing or sales with proven track record of success in Technical Recruiting in US job market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Interest in learning about technical skills
- Intense motivation and hunger to be successful
- Experience managing B2B relationships (preferred)
- Degree from an accredited university/college (preferred)
- A genuine desire to build a career and grow with our company
