What You Will Be Doing?

  • Generating business through your own contacts or lead generation methodology.
  • Source best talent using our tools and systems to find best talent in competitive market.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
  • Reviewing and understanding technical job requirements across industries
  • Screening candidates, conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Negotiating fee agreements and salaries
  • Running a full life cycle recruiting desk from start to finish
  • Matching great people with great companies

What it takes to be successful?

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing or sales with proven track record of success in Technical Recruiting in US job market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Interest in learning about technical skills
  • Intense motivation and hunger to be successful
  • Experience managing B2B relationships (preferred)
  • Degree from an accredited university/college (preferred)
  • A genuine desire to build a career and grow with our company
