HR Recruiter Intern

This is a paid internship potentially converting to a fulltime position and will be remote only.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Screening and sourcing of potential candidates for open positions

2. Shortlisting and Scheduling interviews

3. Coordinating with the candidate throughout the interview process

4. Preparing offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other company communications

5. Conduct meetings with employees at regular intervals to address their concerns, get feedback

6. Conduct exit interview and other exit formalities

7. Other duties as assigned related to HR and Operations

 

Required Skills:

1. Must have experience in end to end recruitment

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Team player with a willingness to take responsibility

4. Attention to detail

5. Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced startup

6. A degree in Human Resources from a reputed college/university

  • Experience: 0-3 years
