Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling and sourcing the candidates from the given database
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
3. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
4. Counselling the candidates
5. Coordinating for interviews
6. Handling the entire recruitment life cycle.
7. Taking interviews and screening of the candidates over the phone
8. Handling documentation.
9. Visiting Colleges and Universities.

You can be asked to continue in any of the above-mentioned responsibilities. Please clarify all your questions regarding the job profile and work responsibilities.
