Need Process Associates for Email, Chat and Skype support for Overseas Educational Portals – Remote Working

We are looking for a few good Process Associates who can handle LearnPick CRM and help customers like tutors and students with Email, Chat and Skype support and solve their queries. This is a remote working opportunity and we offer flexible working hours.

What you will do:

Handle email and chats from tutors and students from the UK, Europe, Philippines, .Hong Kong and other countries. Assist and solve customer issues like sign up difficulties, lead deliveries, choosing right membership, profile engagements, area and category selections, etc.

Candidate Profile:

– Bachelor Degree in any field (Preferred but not essential)

– 1-2 years of Process Associate or Customer Support experience

– Previous work experience with an educational web portal will be preferred

– Well versed with the email client like Gsuite, Skype and Zendesk chat services

– Should be able to write good business emails without any grammatical mistakes

– Should be able to apply common sense and take quick decisions based on customer issues
