We are hiring for a new startup by established businessmen. It is a completely remote job with excellent growth potential.
Provide administrative support to business operations by performing tasks such as data entry, cross-validation, telephonic verification and data gathering, or similar activities.
Including tasks such as appointment scheduling, Powerpoint presentation creation and making travel arrangements, drafting official communication and newsletters.
Gathering and collating information and data.
Coordinating and managing a team of interns and full-time employees.
Must be comfortable working with new technology – Google Docs, Spreadsheets, etc in addition to MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar, Outlook, WebEx) and social media web platforms.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload with a strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work.
Excellent English verbal and written skills
2+ years of work experience in a similar role
Laptop with a good internet connection
