Sales Development Representative

At Fyle, we are building the next generation experience for users to tackle one of the oldest, yet unsolved business problems – Expense Management.

We are operating in a multi-billion dollar market which is ripe for disruption. With over 400k users from 47 countries, we are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, founded by startup veterans. We were recently listed by CB Insights amongst the top 250 fintech companies in the world.

We are funded by Tiger Global, Freshworks, Steadview Capital and Beenext, and are based out of Bangalore with all the scale stage problems that one can imagine.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious sales development professional to join our demand generation team. This role would require working in the US east/ US west time zone. As a sales development representative with a MQL quota, you will play a major role in accelerating Fyle’s revenue growth.


Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential channels.
Build and manage a lead pipeline to ensure predictability in quota achievement.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual quotas consistently.
Identify unaddressed problems and articulate Fyle’s ability to solve it better than the competition.
Articulate the Fyle value proposition clearly and effectively. Understand the competitive landscape.
Collaborating with management on demand generation goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
Achieving your target and helping build a system that consistently hits lead quotas.


You have done outbound lead generation in the US market for a minimum period of 2 years. Outbound calling is a must have.
You like to experiment with different outbound strategies such as social selling, cold calling, email marketing, etc.
You have a proven record of quota / target achievements and have worked with a fixed + variable compensation structure.
While we do have a process in place for outbound, we are looking for you to improve, redesign or come up with your own process from scratch.
You are comfortable coming up with your own outreach content.
Experience working with HubSpot or any other CRM

You should not apply if

You do not have a minimum of 2 year’s US outbound lead gen experience.
You have not done cold calling as part of your outbound lead gen exercise.
You are not comfortable with technology and methods associated with outbound.

Education: Demonstrated skills matter, Degrees don’t.

Desired Experience: 2-3 years
