We are looking for our Senior Business Development Manager to join our sales team.
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales roles.
- Thorough understanding of Web and Mobile App Development processes and technologies.
- Knowledge of different tech stacks (LAMP, MEAN, MERN, .NET, etc)
- Consult the client and offer solutions to their needs
- Hands-on experience in replying to RFI / RFPs
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Negotiating sales contracts
- Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
What Are We Looking For:
- Proven work experience as a Business Developer.
- Solid experience in selling to the US, UK, EU or Australia
- Must be highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.
- Must be familiar with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented, driven, and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
- A network of potential clients in the IT industry or other verticals is a big plus.
