Senior Project Manager

This role will be perfect if you’ve been a project manager for digital products for a few years, it’s something you love and you’re great at. There’s always room to improve and you think that over next 12-24 months you’d like to take a step up.

You’d now like to turbocharge your career and use the fact that you’re highly organised, technically minded and have a can do/ can figure it out attitude.

Must Haves

  • Fluent English writing and speaking – confident to speak to team and clients
  • Digital native with >5 years web/ mobile project management skills
  • Intelligent and great at figuring things out. Problems are just challenges to be solved
  • Proactive personality that researches/ suggests better ways of doing things
  • Organised and detailed focus, a real finisher
  • Able to self manage to complete tasks and achieve KPIs
  • Able to create and follow SOPs (standard operating procedures)
  • Honesty and integrity – you’re not afraid to receive and give constructive feedback. It’s how we grow

Nice to Haves

  • As much overlap with UK time as possible but minimum 4hrs, ideally 12:00 to 16:00 UK time
  • Understanding of UX, Funnels, and CRO
  • Technical – coding or design skills advantageous but not essential
  • Have worked in an entrepreneurial environment

What you will do

  • All aspects of managing projects
  • Managing communication with team and clients
  • Creating and improving SOPs to help the business scale with an appropriate structure
  • Research and creating briefing docs on new ventures
  • Run experiments (new customers acquisition channels or for new ventures – AB test mentality)
  • Working with the CEO to help grow the business

Hiring Process

  • Video call with CEO
  • Contracts
