Technical/Academic Support Manager

  • Providing online and offline Technical support for the usage of a remote teaching Application for the schools ( Teachers , School Admins, Students and Parents )
  • The candidate shall have pleasing personality and extremely good communication skills
  • Shall have inclination towards teaching as a profession as well as aware about various teaching techniques using technologies.
  • Shall have aware about usage of modern technologies and is regularly updated and can guide the customers in the correct use of technological advancements
  • Shall be creative and possess right attitude for inspiring people


  • Help Desk/ IT admin : 1 year (Preferred)
  • technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • teaching : 1 year (Preferred)
  • call centre : 1 year (Preferred)


  • Master’s (Required)
