Technical Recruiter

• We are Looking to hire “US IT Technical Recruiter” with minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for US based Clients.
• Candidate should be excellent at Sourcing skills through various Job portals like Dice or Monster and social sites like LinkedIn, Face book, Twitter etc.
• Ability to Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited job portal, social site, referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, referrals, and user/technical group.
• Candidate should have worked on Full Time / Contract / Contract to Hire roles.
• Candidate should have strong understanding of IT skills.
• A successful track record of meeting recruiting goals (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
• A good understanding of Various US based Full Time / subcontracting working arrangement (W2, C2C, and 1099) and understanding of Immigration Process Related to US Citizenship, Green Card, TN Visa, EAD etc.
• Right candidate must have ability to update the in-house ATS and adhere to set data entry practices, procedures and update milestone
• Good Team player and willing to work in US Time Zone (Night Shift).
• Candidate should be hard working with positive attitude.
• Initially it will be remote job till Covid settles
• Candidate should have 2MBPS internet speed to work from home.
