We are currently looking for a Recruiter for our US IT Staffing Operations to work from home ( open for females only). The ideal candidate will be a Technical recruiter to ensure successful client delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with senior management on daily basis for new job orders, gathering detailed information and understanding the client’s requirements and convey the same to the recruiting teams and ensure quality submittals, covering all priority requirements on daily basis.
- Responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts (sourcing, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers).
- Proactively self-recruit and lead by example on the wide range of client’s complex/hard-to-fill job orders.
- Consult with executive leadership regarding effective recruiting strategies.
- Assist in developing strong client partnerships which contribute to increased quality of hire and shorter time to fill.
