Our Virtual Assistant vertical is growing rapidly and we’re looking for new candidates to support our global clients with office operations/management in a dynamic virtual environment, ensuring effective and productive office administration.

We’re looking for highly-organized, motivated and professional Virtual Assistants who can work under minimal supervision, performing standard and ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a high-quality organisational support service
Maintain office systems, including data management and electronic filing
Diary management
Handling telephone calls and emails professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service when interacting with internal teams and external clients
Data entry
Business expense management
Raising invoices, following up on outstanding payments
Manage travel and accommodation plans
Undertake research work
Prepare documents/presentations
Transcription of minutes, video & audio files
Email managing/filtering
Other miscellaneous tasks

Essential Required Skills

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, PA or relevant role
Excellent Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Willing to work UK office hours (approximately 1pm-9pm IST, flexible)

Desirable Skills

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

Performance bonuses and commission paid monthly to candidates that excel.
