No of Vacancy: 10 FEMALE CRM Executives

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Eligibility :

1) Must be able to work on the computer efficiently with tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Chrome.

2) Must be able to talk to Indian customers fluently, able to type on computer in Basic English (Remarks etc).

3) Must have past experience in the Telephone Marketing / Cold Calling / FMCG / Personal Wellness (Ayurvedic Products Category) / E-Commerce industry where the role was direct customer support/selling of products.

Responsibilities :

1) Responsible for converting realtime leads generated by the company through Social Media Marketing, Direct Website Traffic, E-Mail Marketing, SMS Marketing

2) Verify Contact details like Name Address Mobile number E-mail ID of such prospects before dispatching orders to them and update correct customer information in company CRM.

3) Make outbound follow-up calls with customers regarding order delivery and follow up of pending inquiry

4) Chat with our customers through Facebook/Whatsapp/Website and post replies on SOCIAL MEDIA / E-MAIL on behalf of the company.
