**Pay: Hourly, 40 hours per week
Range: $5 to $8 USD Hourly
We are looking for a Customer Success/Support Specialist to join our fun and dynamic remote team. This role will take the lead on responding to customers, answering questions, continuously building Q&A library for self help, and working with team members to get answers quickly.
The type of person we’re looking for:
• Has Excellent Command of the English Language (both Oral and Written)
• Is a team player but can also work with minimal supervision
• Is honest and quick learner
• Has prior support desk or customer support experience (this is essential!)
• Has other technical skills
• Has the drive to succeed and grow with the company
