Head of Growth

North Loop is a fast growing fintech company building a global financial product. We are live in multiple countries and growing quickly. Our mission is simple: borderless banking.

This role will see you develop and implement growth strategies. You will be overseeing both organic and paid growth, with a focus on customer lifetime value and how to grow our user base in the most efficient manner. Anyone can grow a customer base through ads – we’re looking for someone who knows how to use ads and organic growth in the most efficient manner, while understanding what our North Star metrics are. If you understand that growth can come from channels outside of Facebook and Google, you are the right person for this role.

You should be able to code enough to set up landing pages, run A/B tests to increase conversion, and deliver targeted emails.

If you are data-driven and excited about things like acquisition funnels, cost of acquisition, lifetime value, tracking custom events for optimizing conversions, landing pages, and A/B tests – you will have a blast in this role. Your efforts will help us 100x the company. The ideas you implement will be key in building a a global brand.

In this role you will:

  • Work directly with founders and be a key stakeholder in the company
  • Have complete autonomy and help drive company strategy and product choices
  • Oversee entire marketing strategy and operations
  • Devise, test and implement all growth campaigns
  • Develop and manage KPIs (and dashboards) around acquisition, conversion, and retention for the growth team
  • Work with the product team to design and implement new features to improve these KPIs
  • Work on growth-focused site instrumentation and event tracking for all acquisition channels

  • Develop and oversee a multi channel growth strategy and build a team of growth professionals for specialized growth functions
  • Work on marketing messages for landing pages, ads (including video), and product features

Must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience at a fast-growing B2C startup
  • In depth understanding of A/B testing, analytics and
  • Be a data-driven decision maker
  • SEO/SEM experience and experience with channels such as Content Marketing (SEO), Facebook, Google SEM, YouTube, Instagram, Partnerships etc.
  • A deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, conversion funnels, and retention metrics
  • Basic coding knowledge for landing pages
