The role entails significant aspects of a delivery manager’s role:
- Ensuring that the client onboarding process has been taken care of by the PM & other responsible team members
- Orient / prioritize work allocation amongst team members
- Work with the PM to communicate clear, achieveable timelines to the clients
- Ensure that client’s technical questions are answered
- Be the technical guide for the PM with regard to in-scope & out-of-scope efforts
- Technical hygiene checks of output from the engineering team

Base pay is 18 – 24 lpa, depending on the experience of the candidate plus bonus depending on how many clients you’re able to handle. We intend for this position to be client-facing, so you would work semi-EST hours (i.e., 3PM IST to 12AM IST, with additional flexibility over time).
We also intend for this position to be an important one, so you will report to the Lead – Automation Products. If you’re the right candidate, we would hire quickly.
