Technical Support Intern

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Replying and clearing the tickets raised by clients
2. Deliver professional services with sound technical, business, and professional standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and success
3. Act as an interface between the clients and the back-end team
4. Ensure timely solution to the needs and problems of clients

Skills Required:

  • Java
  • Python
  • SQL
  • MongoDB


  • Must be Pursuing/ Completed Bachelors in Related field. 2020-2022 Pass outs will be preferred
  • Are available for the work from home job/internship
  • Are available for duration of 3 months
  • Have relevant skills and interests

Schedule: Flexible shift
